Panama officially declared its support for Morocco’s autonomy plan for the Sahara region on Friday in Rabat, positioning it as the sole viable solution to the long-standing territorial dispute. The announcement came during a meeting between Panamanian Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Carlos Arturo Hoyos Boyd and Morocco’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, Nasser Bourita.
