Despite government assurances of fund releases months prior, students report no payments have been received, jeopardizing their academic progress and well-being in the UK.
Escalating Frustration and Protest Plans
The Ghana Scholarship Authority (GSA) PhD cohort in the UK voiced their deep frustration in a statement released on June 8. They highlighted a pattern of delayed payments that has persisted despite previous engagements and promises.
