Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) Marketing and Communications Head, Afua Tekyi-Mills, has urged for a significant strengthening of commercial ties between Ghana and Ethiopia to unlock substantial trade, investment, and industrial potential, particularly within the framework of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA). The call was made during a panel discussion at the Ghana Business and Cultural Expo in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, where it was highlighted that despite both nations holding strategic positions for economic integration, bilateral trade currently falls short of its full capacity.
