Never pay down a deposit in a bank account until you have met the seller, seen signed a purchase agreement. No serious private advertisers ask for a down payment before you meet. Receiving an email with an in-scanned ID does not mean that you have identified the sender. You do this on the spot, when you sign a purchase agreement.
Customer needs to provide their material to be worked on, along with at least 40% payment. Finished item will be returned within 1-2 weeks, depending on the load of work to be done. Strictly hand painted, no machine printing!
All customisations are strictly hand-painted. The customer would provide his/her material and the painting would be done on it according to their exact preference.
