The announcement was made following a nationwide entrepreneurship initiative organized by Enterprise Group PLC and the Springboard Road Show Foundation, aimed at identifying and supporting emerging business leaders in Ghana.

The Enterprise Spotlight Challenge saw a significant turnout, with 468 applications submitted from various sectors across Ghana. The competition is designed to discover, fund, and elevate the next generation of Ghanaian entrepreneurs. This year’s event highlighted innovative businesses addressing critical societal needs while fostering economic growth.
Bridget Eshun’s Delsoy Milk Drink Limited stood out for its commitment to providing nutritious, plant-based milk alternatives. The company utilizes locally sourced soya beans to create products, specifically targeting individuals with lactose intolerance and supporting lactating mothers. This focus addresses a growing demand for healthier dietary options.
Beyond its product offerings, Delsoy Milk Drink Limited champions environmental sustainability through a zero-waste production model. By-products from soybean processing are ingeniously converted into animal feed for pig and poultry farming, creating a circular economy within its operations.
