Simon Sowah, a director at Project 7 Limited, has strongly denied allegations that his company abandoned the Upper West court complex project in Wa or misappropriated funds. He asserted that construction is actively progressing and that materials remain on site, responding to concerns raised during a recent visit by Parliament’s Judiciary Committee.
Project Status and Material Availability
Sowah stated that significant advancements have been made since the project received funding in December. He explained that the decision to replace original door frames with specialized heat-resistant doors was a collaborative one, made in consultation with Judicial Service engineers.
