Speaking at a gathering of the Northern Regional House of Chiefs at the Jubilee House on Friday, May 15, President Mahama highlighted a persistent challenge in governance: the disconnect between announced development projects and their actual completion. This gap often leads to public frustration regarding allocated funds and delivered value.
