Afro-Jamaican artist Faith Barbee Eselebor has officially launched her new fashion brand, African Barbee, making a notable debut at the Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA) 2026. The unveiling coincided with her striking appearance at the prestigious event, where she showcased a custom-designed outfit from her inaugural collection.
The singer arrived at the TGMA 2026 in a custom two-piece ensemble that highlighted the essence of her new brand. The outfit featured a detailed corset paired with a matching skirt, both richly adorned with vibrant African prints and sparkling crystal embellishments, drawing significant attention on the red carpet.
Roots and Inspiration
Barbee shared that her passion for African fabrics and designs has been a lifelong affair, stemming from her childhood experiences. She recalled looking forward to the unique outfits her father would bring back to the United States for her during his travels.
