The Administrator of the District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF), Michael Harry Yamson, is urgently advocating for a legally binding timetable for the release of common fund disbursements. This initiative aims to eliminate persistent delays, which are currently hindering development projects across various districts despite approved budgets and planned initiatives, thereby accelerating local progress.
