Former Vice-President Mahamudu Bawumia has extended Eid-al-Adha greetings to Muslims in Ghana and globally, urging a focus on the festival’s core values of sacrifice, compassion, and unity. The festival, also known as the Festival of Sacrifice, commemorates Prophet Ibrahim’s willingness to sacrifice his son in obedience to Allah’s command, a pivotal moment that underscores the virtues of faith, obedience, and selflessness.
