GCB Bank Concludes “Pa To Pa” Savings Promo with Grand Finale, Announces New Visa Card Campaign

Accra, Ghana – GCB Bank PLC celebrated the culmination of its five-month “Pa To Pa” customer reward promotion with a grand finale draw on May 8th at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel. The campaign, which began in December 2025, rewarded hundreds of thousands of customers for consistent savings, culminating in five top winners receiving fully sponsored trips to experience a major international football tournament.

Structured Nationwide Campaign Drives Customer Engagement

The “Pa To Pa” promotion was strategically rolled out in three key phases across Accra, designed to maintain customer engagement and encourage consistent saving habits. The campaign kicked off in December 2025, with monthly draws commencing in January. The first draw saw 10 customers selected as winners, generating significant national interest.

The second activation took place on March 13th at the Accra Mall Food Court, witnessing a notable increase in participation. Another 10 customers were rewarded with prizes such as smartphones, televisions, microwaves, and refrigerators. The third monthly draw, also held at the Accra Mall Food Court, further sustained engagement by selecting an additional 10 winners nationwide, who received similar electronic gadgets and household items.

“Pa To Pa” Concept: Gamifying Savings with a Football Flair

Speaking at the grand finale, Sina Kamagate, Executive Head of Retail, explained that the “Pa To Pa” concept was inspired by football and Ghana’s national identity, aiming to make banking more interactive by linking savings to tangible rewards. The name itself reflects the bank’s vision of a competitive, engaging experience, likened to a dynamic football match.
