Accra, Ghana – June 4, 2024 – Ranking Member on Parliament’s Information and Communications Committee, Matthew Nyindam, has challenged the Minister of Communications, Digital Technology and Innovations, Sam George, to prioritize reducing data costs and improving digital access over controversial policy proposals, specifically a proposed requirement for users to verify identity before accessing adult content.
