Addressing a Critical Labor Shortage
For years, road construction firms have voiced concerns about the scarcity of qualified personnel capable of operating essential machinery. This new training program seeks to bridge that gap by equipping young Ghanaians with the necessary technical skills. The Ministry will fully fund the program in collaboration with its agencies.
