This commitment was reiterated by Deputy Presidential Spokesperson Shamima Muslim at an event organized by Voices of Woman and children with Disabilities in Ghana (VOWAC), emphasizing a move towards more inclusive community-based care and public awareness of shared caregiving responsibilities.
