Government Prioritizes Roads, Markets, and Hospitals to Boost Livelihoods and Create Jobs

Vice President Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang stated that the government is strategically prioritizing road infrastructure, market redevelopment, and healthcare facilities. This focus aims to directly address the needs of Ghanaians, improve living standards, and stimulate job creation nationwide. The announcement was made during the 47th Anniversary Commemoration of the June 4 Uprising at Banda-Ahenkro.

Addressing Citizen Concerns

Professor Opoku-Agyemang explained that these development priorities are a direct response to concerns frequently raised by citizens during election campaigns. The poor state of roads and inadequate market facilities were consistently highlighted as pressing issues.
