Jaladeen Abdulai, Upper East Regional Director of the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ), has cautioned journalists against irresponsible crime and court reporting, stating that such practices undermine public trust in the judiciary and threaten fair trial processes within Ghana’s judicial system. The warning was issued during a training workshop for journalists on crime and court reporting held in Bolgatanga.
Context of the Warning
