Accra, Ghana – On International Workers’ Day, the Minority caucus on Parliament’s Employment, Labour Relations and Pensions Committee accused the Mahama administration of presiding over deteriorating conditions for Ghanaian workers, highlighting widespread hardship and a failure to address critical issues.

International Workers’ Day, observed annually on May 1st, is a global occasion to celebrate the contributions of workers and advocate for their rights. In Ghana, the day typically involves reflections on the state of labour and calls for improved working conditions.
