Bernard Antwi Boasiako, National Chairman hopeful of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has expressed profound sorrow following the death of Maxwell Kofi Anti, a personal aide to the Member of Parliament for Oda, Akwasi Acquah. The fatal road accident occurred on Sunday, May 17, while the party officials were en route to monitor the NPP’s ongoing nationwide Polling Station Executive Elections in the Oda Constituency, Eastern Region.
Tragedy Strikes During Party Elections
The incident unfolded as a team of party officials, including the MP’s aide, were actively engaged in the crucial task of monitoring the internal party elections. These elections are a fundamental part of strengthening the NPP’s grassroots organizational structures across the country.
