The Rotary Club of Accra-Odadee AOGA recently donated essential classroom furniture to Presbyterian Boys’ Secondary School (PRESEC) Legon, simultaneously partnering with the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) to deliver an impactful session on integrity and anti-corruption for students. The dual initiative, conducted at the school premises, aimed to enhance the learning environment and instill core ethical values in the next generation of Ghanaian leaders.
Enhancing the Learning Environment
The donation, comprising classroom desks and furniture, directly addresses the need for improved educational infrastructure at PRESEC Legon. This project is part of the Rotary Club of Accra-Odadee AOGA’s broader commitment to community service and educational development.
Rotarian Mother Teresa Brew, President of the Club, emphasized the significance of this investment. “Quality education remains one of the most important investments any society can make in its future,” she stated during the presentation ceremony. She further highlighted that a comfortable and supportive learning environment is crucial for academic excellence and overall student development.
