Accra, Ghana – The Minister for Energy and Green Transition, John Abdulai Jinapor, has directed developers of the planned 900MW Combined Cycle Power Plant in Takoradi to expedite project implementation, aiming for an earlier completion date than the initially scheduled December 2027. This directive was issued following a crucial meeting with the AKSA team and other key energy sector stakeholders, underscoring the government’s commitment to bolstering national energy security.
